School Curriculum
Our school’s policy is to provide a broad, balanced education which is delivered through a knowledge and skills based creative curriculum, ensuring that equal opportunities are given to all children. We follow the programmes of study as laid down in the National Curriculum.
At Tennyson Road we use Jolly Phonics to introduce the letter sounds and then use activities based about the letters and sounds document. For reading we use a mix of schemes including, Oxford Reading Tree, All Aboard, Project X, Collins Big Cats to name a few.
